Barry has over 26 years of appraisal experience and has been a real estate broker since 1977.
He has been teaching appraisal classes for over 19 years. He teaches at Sierra College in Rocklin and in the Los Rios Community College District in Sacramento County .
Barry and his wife, Marie, have four grown children and live in Roseville CA . Marie takes care of most of the administrative work for the courses and you will likely also meet her when you take one of Barry's classes.
